Motorcycle Warranty
Our motorcycles are designed and manufactured with the highest quality standards. Each of our bikes are assembled and meticulously checked at our facilities in Scotts Valley California.
Our motorcycles come with a 2 year limited warranty. The first year of this limited warranty covers parts, standard shipping and labor for all major components (including motor, motor controller, power pack, fork, rear shock and frame). The second year of this limited warranty covers parts for these same major components. The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use (including race competitions), storage, or alterations of any kind. Full details of our 2 year limited warranty are documented in the owner’s manual that is provided with each bike.
We also offer, for an additional fee the option to purchase (in the "Upgrades" section of our webstore) an:
- Extended Warranty: An additional year of shipping and labor warranty coverage covering the same major components as defined within the standard warranty.
- “No Fault” Warranty: For a full two years from purchase this warranty covers any parts that need to be replaced via faults, defects, maintenance, or available upgrades (at 50% of retail cost of each part), in addition to our 2 year limited warranty. This No Fault Warranty is designed to keep your motorcycle in top condition and allows you to take advantage of any upgrades (within the product type purchased) that become available during the two year term of the warranty period.
