What Is Covered By This Limited Warranty?

Zero Motorcycles, Inc. (“Zero”) warrants to the original purchaser (“Purchaser”) of any and all Zero Z-Force® powertrain parts including but not limited to battery packs, motors, controllers, vehicle control units, chargers and other ancillary components (henceforth referenced as “Product” or “Products”) that the Product will be free from any defect in materials and workmanship during the coverage period of this Limited Warranty.

What Is The Coverage Period Of This Limited Warranty?

The coverage period of this Limited Warranty is the period of 90 days after the “date of delivery.” For purposes of this Limited Warranty, the “date of delivery” is the date the Product is originally delivered to the Purchaser or the Purchaser’s authorized representative.

What Should I Do When I Receive The Product?

Upon delivery of the Product to the Purchaser or the Purchaser’s authorized representative, the Purchaser or the Purchaser’s authorized representative should inspect and test the Product for defects in materials and workmanship of the Product. If the Purchaser or the Purchaser’s authorized representative discovers a defect in material or workmanship during the coverage period of this Limited Warranty, the Purchaser or the Purchaser’s authorized representative must promptly notify Zero in accordance with the below section “How Do I Obtain Service Under this Limited Warranty?” Zero is not responsible for Purchaser’s or Purchaser’s authorized representative’s failure to inspect and test the Product during the coverage period of this Limited Warranty.

No Other Warranties

Except for the express warranties in this Agreement, Supplier does not make, and hereby disclaims, any and all other Express or implied warranties.

How Do I Obtain Service Under This Limited Warranty?

Zero must be notified immediately of all claims against the Limited Warranty policy. Purchaser is required to do so in writing by sending an email to poweredbyzero@zeromotorcycles.com or completing the warranty record request form on the Zero Motorcycles Powertrain website, www.zeromotorcycles.com/poweredbyzero/warranty/.

A representative of the Zero Powertrain Sales Team will return your correspondence in a timely manner.

Once a claim is requested for any Product, said Product(s) are to be placed in a secure quarantine area until Zero issues specific instructions for the transfer, repair or replacement of Product.
