Zero Motorcycles Expands International Presence by Joining US/Dutch Coast-to-Coast E-Mobility Initiative
SANTA CRUZ, Calif. (March 13, 2014) – Zero Motorcycles, the global leader in the electric motorcycle industry, today announced that it has joined the Coast to Coast e-Mobility Initiative to cooperate and develop the US and Dutch e-Mobility market. Zero Motorcycles has operated its European headquarters in Alkmaar, Netherlands near Amsterdam since 2009.

The Netherlands and California are global leaders for e-Mobility introduction. Recently Matt Rodriquez, Secretary of the California Environmental Protection Agency, and Wilma Mansveld, Secretary of the Dutch Ministry of Infrastructure and the Environment signed an agreement on e-Mobility. In addition, the California Plug-In Electric Vehicle Collaborative and Coast to Coast e-Mobility signed a multi-year agreement to cooperate on knowledge transfer and business development.
